Bathroom Remodel

The goal of this project is to redesign a master bathroom. The Clients wanted to update their master bathroom sense it’s the last area that hasn’t been updated yet. The Primary challenge was to create a functional and attractive master bathroom with keeping at least fifty percent of the existing closet space. The Clients also requested that the space would include a coffee bar that included a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Because of the expense of gutting most of the space, the door and window were keep as they were. Both closets were slimmed down to make the design function properly. The water closet was moved down, next to the west closet to have an open floor plan for the vanity, bath tub, and shower. The room will be light and bright by using neutral colors that play off the natural stone and glass and porcelain tiles.

Kitchen Remodel

The goal of this project was to turn an outdated kitchen into a clean modern kitchen with classic accents. The remodel is for the Sinclair family located at 220 Cantrell in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Sinclair wanted their kitchen remodel to foremost have a better layout while becoming the jewel of their home. The main equipment such as the range, sink and refrigerator were keep close together while sounding an island with a bar/prep sink for the beverage center on the opposite wall. The beverage center, the Sinclair’s required for their weekly dinner parties. The Dining table, built in bench and chairs are lite natural by four windows and a French door. With the natural light entering the room and shining through the upper cabinets with their glass inserts makes the room feel bigger and upscale.

The horizontal lines of the design against the vertical lines of the cabinets contrast each other in a complex organized design with the different depths of cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
